Products
What size should I choose?
On each product page, you will find a detailed size chart and the length of the insole measured flat. We recommend measuring your foot and comparing it with the dimensions provided. If you still have doubts, write to us on Instagram or email us at info@ashfordshoes.ca — we will be happy to help you choose the right size!
Are the products authentic?
Yes — all products available in our store are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers. We care deeply about the integrity of our offer and always encourage customers to verify for themselves — you can check our reviews, product photos, and the experiences shared by other buyers.
If, after receiving your order, you feel that the product does not meet your expectations, remember that you can always return it under your right to withdraw from the purchase. We want your shopping experience with us to be completely safe and comfortable.
When will the sold-out product be back in stock?
We strive to keep our warehouse stocked at all times, but if the item you are looking for is sold out, click “notify me when available” on the product page you are interested in (the “notify me when available” button is located on the right-hand side), and then enter your email address—you will be the first person we notify as soon as the product is back in stock. We also encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest news about products and promotions.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
We process and prepare orders for shipping within 24 hours on business days.
Once packed, your parcel is handed over to one of our carriers as quickly as possible.
The standard delivery time within Canada is typically 3–7 business days from the moment the package is shipped.
During peak periods (such as sales, holidays, or seasonal high demand), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Where are orders shipped from?
We ship all orders from our modern fulfillment centers located in the the USA&Canada.
Depending on product availability and warehouse capacity, your order will be prepared and dispatched from the nearest facility to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your address.
Is international shipping available?
Yes — we also ship orders internationally. We deliver packages to selected countries using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

WHat are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are clearly explained in our Shipping section. There you’ll find the current rates for all delivery options as well as the conditions for free shipping.

Returns/exchanges
Can i exchange or return my order?
Yes — in our store you can both exchange or return a product. You have 30 days from the moment you receive your package to do so.
To request a return or exchange, simply send us a message at:

We will reply with the address of the nearest logistics center where the product should be returned.
After sending the package back at your own cost and providing us with the return shipment confirmation, we will begin processing your request. For exchanges — the new pair will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Please remember that the product must be in unused condition, free of wear, and returned in its original packaging.
when will i receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, we begin the verification process, which usually takes 1–3 business days. After that, we issue your refund using the same payment method that was used when placing the order.
The full refund process (from sending the package back to receiving your funds) typically takes up to 14 days, in accordance with applicable regulations.
If more time has passed or you have any concerns — feel free to contact us and we will gladly check the status of your return.

Can i alter my order?
Yes — in most cases we can make changes to your order, but it’s important that you contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Our team processes and ships orders very quickly, so once the package has left the warehouse, the ability to modify it becomes very limited or impossible.
