4. Placing Orders and Sales Agreement
4.1. Product information on the website constitutes an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer.
4.2. To place an order, the Customer must:
- Add Products to the Cart
- Complete the checkout form
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Pay using the available payment method (credit card only)
4.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirmation. When the payment is successfully processed, the Agreement is considered concluded.
4.4. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order (e.g., out-of-stock item), the Customer will be notified and may:
- accept partial fulfillment,
- choose a replacement product, or
- cancel the order and receive a full refund.
5. Payment Methods
IMPORTANT: Ashford Shoes accepts ONLY the following payment method:
- Credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
No other payment methods are currently available. The Customer must complete payment at checkout for the order to be processed.
Non-payment may result in automatic cancellation of the order.
6. Delivery
6.1. Deliveries are carried out within Canada via trusted carriers such as UPS, Canada Post, FedEx, or others indicated during checkout.
6.2. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
6.3. Delivery costs are shown during checkout.
6.4. Free shipping applies to orders exceeding the threshold displayed on the Store website.
6.5. For security reasons, we do not ship directly to parcel lockers as the primary delivery address. If the courier cannot reach you, the shipment may be redirected to a pickup point.
6.6. Customers are encouraged to inspect packages upon arrival. If damage is detected, we recommend reporting it immediately to the courier and contacting us.
7. Returns (Withdrawal from Agreement)
Customers have 30 days to return Products without giving a reason.

Products must be returned within 14 days of notifying us, at the Customer’s own expense.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request, but may be delayed until the item is returned or proof of shipment is provided.
Customers are responsible for any decrease in value caused by improper or excessive use.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within 30 days. The procedure:

- Return the original item (at your cost)
- We send the replacement pair free of charge
